Britelite Covid-19 Update (12/6/2020)
Britelite always take responsible actions to protect our customers and team members.
We are pleased we have been able to put in place adequate COVID-19 Secure measures at our head office which means we have been able to restart operations including Sales, Survey, Installations and urgent service calls.
Due to social distancing measures and ensuring the safety of our team members we are currently working with a smaller team. This is to ensure that we continue to protect our warehouse and offices from becoming crowded.
As we have currently been unable to open our main reception all correspondence with our head office should be made by email firstname.lastname@example.org or you can leave a message on our head office phone number 01622 663399. We would ask for you to be understanding of longer response times but we aim to respond to queries within 48 hours.
If you have purchased a home improvement service from you us then our Surveyors have been equipped with PPE to protect you and them. Once a survey has been completed our booking team will be in contact to arrange your installation this call will normally be around 2-3 weeks on Window Orders and 5-6 weeks on Conservatory Orders from the date of your survey (This does not include any third party approvals, I.E. Planning Permission or Building Regulations)
Our installers have also been given guidelines on installation and given PPE to ensure your installation can be undertaken safely. We will be providing information on these measures at the time of your installation being arranged.
Service Calls: Due to the current social distancing regulations and a service engineer needing to visit multiple properties in a single day, therefore we are only offering emergency service calls at this time. We are unable to accept service requests by phone at this time.

During this time we are working hard to ensure we offer the high levels of service that our customers expect from the South East’s Leading Home Improvement Company, Although some response times will be longer due to the current staffing levels. We are also experience time delays in products being manufactured and some orders may take longer than normal to install.
