Britelite Covid-19 Update (19/10/2021)
Britelite always take responsible actions to protect our customers and team members.
We are pleased we have been able to maintain adequate COVID-19 Secure measures at our head office enabling us to continue operating safely. Some of our team members are still working from home.
Our Showrooms have now re-opened:
Maidstone: Open Monday-Friday 10am-5pm & Saturday 10am-1pm
Essex: Open Monday-Sunday 10am-4pm
Due to some social distancing measures and to ensure the safety of our team members we are having to work with a smaller team. This is to ensure that we continue to protect all of our staff.
We are answering our main reception phone lines for urgent calls between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, we are receiving a high volume of calls so it may take longer than normal to speak with us. Where possible we would recommend that you email email@example.com as this will reduce the time you would be holding for one of our team. We would ask for you to be understanding of longer response times, we aim to respond to queries within 48 hours.
If you have purchased a home improvement service from us then our Surveyors have been equipped with PPE to protect you and them. Once a survey has been completed our booking team will be in contact to arrange your installation. This call will normally be around 3-4 weeks on Window orders and 6-7 weeks on Conservatory orders from the date of your survey (This timescale does not include any third party approvals, i.e. Planning Permission or Building control approval)
Our installers have also been given guidelines on installation and given PPE to ensure your installation can be undertaken safely. We can provide information on these measures at the time of your installation being booked.
Service Calls: Due to the current social distancing regulations we are only offering emergency service calls at this time as our service engineers need to visit multiple properties in a single day. To ensure your request will be dealt with as quickly as possible please register your service request at https://www.britelitewindows.co.uk/service/ . We are unable to accept service requests by phone at this time.
Sales Department are currently offering digital and home visit quotations in line with government guidelines. All of our sales personnel carrying out home visits have been fully equipped with PPE to protect you and them.
During this time we are working hard to ensure we offer the high levels of service that our customers expect from the South East’s Leading Home Improvement Company, Although some response times will be longer due to the current staffing levels. We are also experiencing some delays from our manufacturers due to social distancing in the factories which may delay installations.
