Very professional from beginning to end. Minimal mess and disturbance to the house. The fitters were very likeable, polite and friendly. They were so hard from the minute they arrived until they left. My criticisms were that one of the bedrooms had the wrong glass in which they have assured me will ...be put right in the next week or so and if i had known the lounge and main bathroom would look different to the rest i would have requested that they be the size and look of all the others. wish we had known or been shown a computer image of exactly how it would have looked. We would have felt happier, Particularly the bathroom as its the front of the house. so that was disappointing. everything else is very good. There is a small dent in a handle which the fitters assured me would be done when the correct glass is fitted and a little bit of filling in on the two corners of the kitchen window has been missed with sealant. Love the quality of the windows and the staff are superb. Thanks

initially delayed by a day and then one fitter came and was only able to do two small windows and then had to leave. Next day two fitters came and they worked solid for 12 hours to get the job done. The two fitters Jordan and Mick worked all day in temperatures of over 30 degrees, despite the awful heat they carried on and did a really good job. The poor lads looked exhausted when they finally finished but they cleared up after and left very little mess. An excellent job. Windows look great ver...y pleased.

We are enclosing this testimonial to let you know just how delighted we are with our new Britelite conservatory. From the non-hard sell approach of Paul - a refreshing change from other companies- right up to the minor tweaks that Dan came out to adjust last week. We can still visualise Simon sittin...g on our garden steps working out exactly how the guttering could satisfactorily be erected without detriment to our neighbours' property! All the office staff we contacted were cheerful, friendly and professional and we are so grateful for this as, due to circumstances beyond our control (unexpected building works next door), we had to re-schedule our works on several occasions, delaying the work eventually by 2 months, and the ladies that we dealt with, usually Dawn and Carrie- Anne, could not have been more understanding and obliging, thank you. There was no pressure whatsoever at any stage in spite of Britelite having already incurred the costs of both building materials and a skip. Dan and his colleague were efficient, prompt, quick and tidy; we barely knew they were there. He liaised with our neighbours' builders to facilitate the best way forward for our works and his superior level of experience and expertise were evident in all areas (and to our neighbours tool I. The cooperation and work ethic of these two gentlemen was the epitome of teamwork. Mark and Jai constructed the top build with a speed that was a joy to behold, our conservatory was almost complete! It was very much appreciated that Jai showed us exactly how the locking mechanisms worked and also confirmed any action needed in respect of guarantees and paperwork. The only minor criticism we would make is there could have been more clarity regarding the scope of the works as we had assumed that the foil flashing and tar from our previous conservatory would be removed prior to the top build being done. This meant that we had an unexpected messy task to carry out which would've been far easier for us to do prior to the top build being done. We are sure there will be no issues with the conservatory in the future but in the unlikely case that there is, we have every confidence, based on the superb service we have received so far, that we can contact your team secure in the knowledge any problems will be dealt with in the same, first rate manner. On the first day of the installation team arrived at 9 o'clock and preceded to remove existing roof and lay new courses of brick work to the existing walls. As rain was forecast for the following day. PVC sheets were laid on the floor of conservatory and vertical sheets on flat roof portion. In all ...very good installation. vRain at first, on the second day of the instillation. The lads made sure that the rain would not effect the few items we had stored beneath the flat roof section of the conservatory once the rain eased the team commenced with the work and from the limited view of the roof that I have (I am disabled and use a wheel chair) they made an excellent job. On the third day of installation martin arrived at 8am and the weather was atrocious. The conservatory floor was awash and I did not think any work would take place. Martin and his colleague worked all day through contentious rain that did not abate until 3 o'clock. They were absolutely soaked to the skin but made a marvelous job of the installation. I had been worried that it would be Easter holiday coming and the room would be flooded over the weekend. I should not of been concerned a very good job.

This is a quick thank you for the windows that we have bought and more importantly the service you have provided. We have had a lot of work done on our property and one the items we had reservations about was the new windows. The salesman was very thorough and not pushy. the only problem I had was with a porch door which after it was installed proved to be not suitable. The door frame threshold should have been standard. ... But I believe a company's true worth is how they perform when problems occur, and within 2 weeks the door was changed.

1.The thorough measuring of the second phase of this work by Mick Jobson was tremendous. Prior to contacting you to quote - a local firm simply measured the height and width of each replacement unit - this was totally inadequate. 2.The sheer dedication to arrive at 7.30am, work to 7.00pm and 7.30pm ...on 3 consecutive days - execute the entire work efficiently, consulting me to decide the width of masking trim for instance in the guest bathroom and working cheerfully with such grace was a joy to share. Both Dimitru Pop and Danny worked well as a team throughout. Dimitru collected the "Solidor" front door unit in the early hours of the second day, with only 3 hours sleep and was still able to fit for the rest of the long working day. I worked in the construction industry myself for 18 years and I never witnessed so strong a work ethic or anything approaching it - well done. Please convey my comments to Dimitru and Danny. 3. The advice given by Dominic throughout and more specifically regarding the recommendation of the "Solidor" front door and side panels was 'spot on' - it looks very good. I am well pleased. Thank you Dominic.

I was a returning customer after I double glazed the back of my house in 2015. I now have a very cosy home after Britelite triple glazed the front. I am a returning customer because I like the quality look and feel of the product. Unless they branch out into garage doors I won't be able to use them ...again until I move house, which is unlikely now ha ha.
