Britelite’s Gold Seal Guarantee denotes exactly what you can expect at each stage of our installation service. This avoids causing you any disruption or inconvenience and makes the installation a stress-free and pleasurable experience.

Guaranteed Installation Date

We guarantee to advise you of the exact week of your installation in our Acknowledgement of Order letter. If we do not complete your installation within this period, we will compensate you by reducing the price by £50.

We will inform you of the exact day of your installation no less than one week prior to commencement. If we do not keep to this day we will reduce the price of your installation by £25.

During your Installation

Britelite’s team of professional window fitters treat you and your home with the utmost respect. We guarantee cleanliness during your installation by ensuring that a minimum of two large clean dust sheets are used every time to protect your property. All our fitters are supplied with brooms, dustpans and brushes to ensure we leave your property clean and tidy. Unless otherwise requested, Britelite will clear away all old frames and building materials.

As part of Britelite's ongoing Kitemark commitment, we have undertaken to inspect more than 50% of our contracts by our own inspector during the installation period.

On Completion of Your Installation

Once your installation is completed the senior fitter will conduct a final inspection, which includes:

  • Final Product Inspection
  • Product Instruction Briefing
  • Mechanical Check of all Moving Parts
  • Maintenance Tips

Guaranteeing Your Satisfaction

Once your installation is complete, we will ask you to sign our satisfaction note for our records. We will also ask you to complete a brief questionnaire and send it confidentially, direct to the chairman of the company who will read it personally. Any area of dissatisfaction you mention will be noted and acted upon as required.

If you have an area of dissatisfaction with any aspect of the company's installation service we undertake to arrange a visit by a senior manager within 48 hours of notification to discuss the matter.
